1. This is really weird and left me a bit in shock

2. The irony is thick  (self-awareness?)

Your thoughts?

  1. Just one of the fine lineup of clowns that we have to explain away before getting a chance to actually articulate the Gospel.

  2. While, on the surface, this seems a classic case of “Pot, meet kettle,” I would welcome any consistent improvement in Hinn’s focus on the Gospel for the thousands of people worldwide who listen to him. This is perhaps the most non-crazy thing I have ever heard out of Benny’s lips.

The organ music behind his points is still creepy.

  3. My favorite part is the organ lady who plays behind him during the message. For some reason it makes me want to go to a baseball game.

  4. This is a little crazy. Sometimes to the truth comes from the most unlikely of sources? However, “who cares about Larry King and his viewers” makes me wonder what he would say if Larry asked him the question. Would he smack Larry in the face with a Bible?

    Some pretty good words nonetheless…

  5. this is God, Benny i Pray for you and your wife this message is long over due and the only thing that saves us is the Word not a cup of coffee in the morning. america is superstar driven not holy ghost driven. i believe when you go to church you don’t water down the message of God you bring forth the Word, and the Word Transforms us not anything else. I applaud you stepping out and addressing this demonic presence that has taken over our church leaders.
    God Bless you!!!!
Much love, your brother in Christ

  6. does he not miss the point of the ‘seeker movement’? it’s not necessarily to ‘not offend’, is it? I’m not a fan of the methodology but I can see how it has a place among all the other ways of delivering the Gospel.

interesting to see Hinn take on this topic. one showman to another.

  8. Christian ministers should not quarrel 2 Tim 2:24-26. We are called to correct in gentelness v.25. This is a form of spiritual warfare, as the scriptures indicate that strife and dissension give footholds to the devil Eph 4: 26-27. See also Jas 4:6-7 and 2Pet 5:6-9. All these passages indicate the presence of the ‘evil one’ if we are out of Christian love and humility. Peace to all those in Christ Jesus. God loves Benny Hinn and Joel Olsteen.

    • Pieter, what would you say to Paul’s words to those preaching a false gospel in Galatians 1:6-10?
